We aim to provide a platform for young talented players to receive exposure and hopefully start a career within the professional football industry.
If that’s not part of their immediate journey, we provide opportunities to play in a competitive league to constantly improve the players ability on and off the pitch.
Founder: Moussa Cisse
I have been involved in sports since a very young age. Particularly within the football Club system and then playing professionally in both England and overseas. We wanted to provide a platform for young talented players to receive exposure and hopefully start a career within the professional and semi football industry.
This was the main purpose Rising Stars Football Club was founded. Not only do we offer opportunities to young upcoming players but also for ex professionals and those players released from clubs giving them a second chance at fulfilling their dreams.

At Rising Stars Football Club, our aim is to ensure that you are represented by a very strong team. We have the resources, experience and expertise to surround clients with a full and holistic network of support.
A.R Cisse has himself obtained experience in various fields which has fully enabled him to be a key member of the Rising Stars Football Club.
Club Secretary : Regene Vieira Cisse
Managing social media and finances is a crucial role in any organization, especially in a sports club. Regene is responsible for creating engaging content that highlights the club’s activities, achievements, and events, such as games and training sessions to attract more followers and potential players.
On the financial side, they oversee budgeting, track expenses, and ensure that funds are allocated properly for training, equipment, and events. They might also seek sponsorships or donations to support the club’s initiatives, making it possible for all players, regardless of their financial situation, to participate. Balancing these two aspects requires strong organizational skills and creativity, making them a key player in the club’s success.
Secretary: James Gadsby
A member of the Rising Stars team. I oversee player registration, league administration, and match day correspondence.
Since 2017, I have managed my own weekend team, and with seven seasons of experience, I aim to support the Rising Stars management team by offering guidance and an alternative perspective.
